Bad Teacher is a 2011 comedy film based on the plot written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky under the direction of Jake Kasdan. The film was created under the production studio of Mosaic and was distributed by Columbia Pictures. It was released June of 2011 and received its box office hit with a total gross revenue of $201,108,425 from the budget of $19-20 million.
The plot of the film focused on a Chicago middle school teacher named Elizabeth Halsey who was foul-mouthed, drinks a lot, smokes marijuana and does inappropriate ways of teaching her students. She was to quit teaching and marry her rich fiancé, however after her fiancé learns that she only loves his money, he dumps her and thus made her go back to what she hates the most - teaching. After some unlikely events and situations she got involved with at the school, she surprisingly re discovers herself.
